how can i tell you?
it was like
seeing through
time itself
like stepping into
a snowy wardrobe
or falling through
a looking glass
"Alice began to think that very few things were indeed impossible."
~Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass
Susan, about lucy: She thinks she has found a magical land...in the upstairs wardrobe.
Professor Kirke: (eyes widening) WHAT did you say?
Peter: Um, the wardrobe upstairs. Lucy thinks she's found a forest inside.
Susan: She won't stop going on about it.
Professor Kirke: What was it like?
Susan: Like talking to a lunatic.
Professor Kirke: No, no, no. Not her. The forest.
Susan stares: You're not saying you believe her?
Professor Kirke: You don't?
Susan: But of course not. I mean logically it's impossible.
Professor Kirke: What do they teach in school these days?
~C.S. Lewis, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
*There is a bridge called "faith" that some can barely fathom, taking those who dare cross, into a whole new world. :)
Hauntingly beautiful pictures! And I love the accompanying quotes.
