donkey

'twas such a one
as this

carried mary
into bethlehem

carried the Christ child too

the Prince of Peace
enters history
on the back of a colt

by His choosing


*I am in awe of  an all powerful GOD who chooses common ways to visit common men for most uncommon purposes.

** Isn't it interesting that days before His death, Christ again chose a donkey.  This time for His ride into Jerusalem. (See Luke 19:30)
