Misty Morning (Oregon: Waterfalls and Whispers)

The Psalmist Says..."Day to day pours forth speech." Psalm 19:2

And ask, if i may,
"What does the salty air say to you?
The craggy rocks, and endless sea?
The trees, arms lifted high?"

Two writer's answers:

"The sea produces something over and over in a hoarse whisper. I cannot quite make it out."
                                                                                                    ~Annie Dillard

When anxious, uneasy, and bad thoughts come I go to the sea, and the sea drowns them out with its great wide sounds, cleanses me with its noise and imposes a rhythm upon everything in me that is bewildered and confused.  ~Rainer Maria Rilke

  2. Air, water and salt are 3 of the things we can't live without. That's why I am drawn to it. It refreshes, restores and reminds me of where we come from and where we will be.
